Moon Tide Designs

~Jewelry~
including the Aspen Cuff Series and Sacred Earth-Art

Moontide Designs Jewelry is a creative branch of Life-Aritistry which inspires the beautiful expression of a holistic life-style and passion-to-purpose work. Each Moontide Design is a nature inspired, spirit-ful piece of jewelry infused with Reiki energy and made with love. Each is one-of-a-kind. The Enso symbol is a part of the logo, which, among other things, represents strength, elegance, the universe, total enlightenment, the moon. “Enso can represent the moon’s reflection on the water, thereby symbolizing the futility of searching for enlightenment outside oneself.”  Another reason the Enso symbol was chosen for Moontide is  that it “represents the state of mind of the artist at the moment of creation and the acceptance of imperfection as perfect.”  Each of my jewelry pieces is perfectly and purposefully imperfect, honoring our beautiful human journey. Live Your Light.

Sacred Earth-Art
of Moon Tide Designs

“Sacred Earth-Art” are designs created with reverence as a reminder of the beauty and sacredness of nature. Wear and receive the unique energy from earth’s art while contributing to the preservation of our living planet by respecting and honoring some of its most sacred gifts.

Sacred Earth-Art:   "Artifacts Alone"

Each treasure from the earth is formed into wearable art, maintaining the integrity of the piece so that the energy from the earth can be enjoyed as a reminder of the sacredness of nature.

Set on a hand annealed background, is this primitive, delicate copper artifact laboriously dug from deep within the earth.

The excavators of these pieces are experienced in their trade. Each dig is a process that requires skills, understanding of the sought treasures, patience, persistence, and a keen respect for the earth and the gifts it provides. Finding one artifact may take hours, days, months or even years. But the investment is worth it as each of these treasures are estimated to be between 3,000-8,000 years old.

The copper artifacts each have its own story-a remnant of a tool or perhaps a piece of jewelry formed by the hands of a member of an ancient native civilization. Maybe it is a nugget of copper, deposited into the
land as the great glaciers receded and left- un-touched by humans until now.

Whatever its history,  the piece you choose has been resurrected with respect from Wisconsin earth and gently worked to maintain its natural patina and shape.

Copper has long been believed to have many health benefits, including anti-inflammatory, cholesterol reduction, improved circulation and digestion, fighting off free radicals, balancing the doshas, anti-aging, skin health, antibacterial, and brain stimulant.

Enjoy the treasure you  gift for yourself or someone you care about as a sign of love for all forms of nature.

Sacred Earth-Art: "Sacred Space"

“Sacred Space” are designs created with reverence to honor our living world. Each treasure is formed into wearable art, maintaining the integrity of each piece so that the energy from the universe can be enjoyed as a reminder of the sacredness of nature.

This rare piece of meteorite, from Campo del Cielo, in Argentina, is said to contain the mysteries of space and the energy of the universe. A hand stamped, copper charm is a reminder of the sacredness of our world.
