Thursdays, 9am. NOTE-New Time-Gentle Yoga Stretch. All levels.

Surrender to Stillness, Wed, Jan 29, 6:30-7:30 pm

Experience the combination of Thai yoga, Restorative Yoga, Reiki, Sound Bath, and Meditation. During this special evening, you will be guided through a slow series of restorative poses, using props and breathing techniques to gently invite your body into complete rest. At key points , you will experience Thai-where yo will receive hands on assists to deepen the stretch. Reiki and sound energy will be infused into the practice. We’ll close with meditation to foster equilibrium of the mind, body and spirit. It’s a wonderful way to end your day.

Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Nada Class, Wed Feb 26, 6:30-7:30 pm

We’ll begin with a calming breathing technique before moving into yoga Nidra, an ancient practice known as “yogic sleep, experienced in a reclined position. You’ll be bathed in sounds from the many instruments used to relax and renew, and we’ll conclude with meditation.
